"The Wave" is a perplexing maneuver indeed. It requires strength of will, strength of abdomen muscles, and harmony within one's mojo.
By following these 6 easy steps, you too can execute "the wave" giving you the ability to amuse others in a profoundly idiotic way.

STEP 1: Relax all stomach muscles
STEP 2: Gently pull your UPPER abdomen muscles inward while allowing your LOWER abdomen muscles to relax and expand.
STEP 3: Gradually shift the inward state held in your UPPER region down to your MIDDLE region, allowing your UPPER and LOWER regions to relax.
STEP 4: Continue this gradual shift to the LOWER region, relaxing the UPPER and MIDDLE regions.
STEP 5: Allow your UPPER region to naturally be pulled inward as your LOWER region gradually loses intensity.
STEP 6: Continue steps 2 through 5 until you have achieved the desired rhythm and your movements have fluidity. I deem this moment of enlightenment "riding the wave".

*SPECIAL NOTE: If you are obese you will be at a great disadvantage in executing "the wave". But don't let that discourage you.
